<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club shaft which increases head speed without giving odd feeling during swing and is increased in an effective loft angle. SOLUTION: This golf club shaft has, from the tip end T side toward the butt end B side, small-diameter parts S1 to S3, intermediate parts M1 to M3 and large-diameter parts L1 to L2 identified in accordance with the differences in the changing ratios of bending rigidity and is formed by specifying the bending rigidity increase quantity from the large-diameter part S3 in the intermediate part M1 to the intermediate part M2 to a range of 25 to 200 N.m2, specifying the bending rigidity in the intermediate part M2 to a range of 40 to 300 N.m2, specifying the bending rigidity decrease quantity from the intermediate part M2 in the intermediate part M3 to the large-diameter part L1 to a range of 30 to 200 N.m2, specifying the bending rigidity in the large-diameter part L1 to a range of 20 to 60 N.m2, specifying the bending rigidity in the large- diameter part L2 to a range of 30 to 200 N.m2, and making the bending rigidity in the small-diameter part S3 lower than bending rigidity in the part from the intermediate part M1 to the butt end side.</p> |
