PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt hinge capable of stably creating high friction torque for a long period of time even though it is simple in structure, inexpensive and small. SOLUTION: This tilt hinge is constituted of a mounting member 1, a rotational shaft 2 having at least an axially supported part 2d axially supported in a bearing hole IC provided on a bearing plate part free to rotate and a large diametrical part continuously provided on one of this axially supported part, a first friction washer 6 provided by inserting the axially supported part through it, a second friction washer 7, a fixed washer 8 restrained by the rotational shaft and provided while inserting the above axially supported part in an axially inserting hole provided at its central part, a spring washer 9 provided while inserting the axially supported part through it, a washer 10 for pressing and a caulking part formed by caulking an end part of the above axially supported part projected from this washer for pressing, and it is constituted so that the above mounting member and the above rotational shaft relatively rotate only at the time when specified rotational torque is added.
