PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel stretching device for a panel roof which dispenses with a dangerous work such as getting on the roof or holding the foot thereon, and can conduct screwing work for fixing a panel in a stable scaffold with familiar driver operation, whereby the work can be safe and efficient, and a large number of members and parts are not used to simplify the structure. SOLUTION: As for adjacent rafters, an incomplete rafter in which each one opposite side is completed by a complementary member is formed, the incomplete rafter is provided with a temporary fixing fin projected to produce a panel insert space to a pressing cap put thereon, the temporary stop fin is partially cut to open an insert port, a panel hung on the temporary fixing fin is lifted from the insert port by combination of the complementary members, and the panel is pressed to tight material of the pressing cap by a tight material provided on the upper end of the complementary member to integral the complementary member with the incomplete rafter by a fitting small screw.
