PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost by preventing exposure to the outside of a wall of filament bodies such as electric wirings, pipings or the like by housing these filament bodies in fill-up concrete blocks and easily bonding the fill-up concrete blocks. SOLUTION: The fill-up concrete block for construction is composed of the first, second, third and fourth face shells 11, 12, 13, 14 and the first, second and third web shells 15, 16, 17, a main cavity 19 is formed between the second and third face shells and sub-cavities 18, 20 among the first and second face shells and the third and fourth face shells respectively, each plane shape of the face shells and the web shells is formed in point symmetry to the center P of the fill-up concrete block, and recessed sections are formed to the upper and lower sections of the first web shell and the third web shell.
