PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pushing out of an uncured substance of a bonding agent for a nozzle cover and a nozzle forming member. SOLUTION: A recess stripe 41 is formed between an adhesive coating region 40 along a periphery of an opening 4a and an opening edge on an inner surface side of a nozzle cover 4. In this case, a lateral stripe may be formed at a side wall face of the opening 4a of the cover 4 or the inner surface side of the cover 4 is sandblasted along the edge of the opening 4a to form a rough region.
