PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a super-elastic device having an advantage of being less easily broken. SOLUTION: A super-elastic element 11 consists of a linear super-elastic alloy 11", and has uneven parts 11c undulated in the radial direction of the super-elastic alloy on a part 11a of the super-elastic alloy 11", and the uneven parts 11c are formed by at least one stage of squeezing.
