PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation, particularly, in construction and to improve the strength of a constructed concrete structure by use of a form member having the laminated arrangement of reinforcements and steel products. SOLUTION: This method comprises the step of building steels 12 to a required height to form a foundation, the step of forming a frame-like form member 10 by fixing tie hoops 11 to the inside through reinforcement assembly steel products 40 and arranging shape retaining steel products 41 across them on the inside so that the tie hoops 11 and the shape retaining steel product 41 are alternately laminated with a space, the step of laminating a plurality of form members 10 so as to surround the steels 12 to form a precast form 9, and the step of placing concrete into the precast form 9 followed by hardening to integrate the steels 12 to the tie hoops 11 and the precast form 9.
