摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting the thickness distribution for uniformizing the thickness in a thermoforming process for an acrylic synthetic resin plate. SOLUTION: In a thickness predicting method for the thickness of a thermoformed body of an acrylic synthetic resin plate, respective deforming processes of a plurality of film elements are assumed as the transient biaxial elongation deformation and the K-BKZ type integral viscoelastic constitution equation is adopted, and a PSM module is used as an attenuation function in the constitution equation, and a substance parameterαfor the attenuation is a value selected from the range of adding the 1<α<=30 and a substance parameterβis selected from the range of satisfying the 0<β<1.
