PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-polyvinyl chloride-type thermoplastic resin composition having flexibility, calendering processability, high-frequency welding processability, or the like, which are comparable to those of a soft polyvinyl chloride resin compsn. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a resin mainly composed of an ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer and phosphates in an amount of 0.01 to 1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin. The phosphates are a mixture of esters including at least a monoester and a diester.
