PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the bonding strength of a metal part and a molded article without exerting adverse effect on a molding cycle in a method for injection- molding a metal composite molded article and an injection mold used in this method. SOLUTION: A heat insulating layer 24 is formed to the surface 23 of a cavity 21 on a side where a metal part 2 is positioned to prevent the heat of a resin 30 from escaping to a movable mold 22 wherein the metal part 2 is positioned through the metal part at a time of the filling of the cavity with the resin 30. By this constitution, the melt temp. of the adhesive material layer 7 formed to the metal part 2 is kept to enhance the bonding strength of the metal part 2 and the resin 30 (molded article). Since no time is taken in the melting of the adhesive material layer 7, a molding cycle can be shortened. |
