PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold using silicone rubber partially and a mold producing method capable of more enhancing molding preciseness. SOLUTION: A mold producing method consists of a first stage making a master of a product and a fixture having the surface shape of the product, a second stage stably placing the master on the fixture after the first stage to laminate a lower pad on the master and inserting a casting round rod in the lower pad, a third stage appling a backing material on the lower pad after the second stage to produce a lower frame, a fourth stage removing the lower pad and the casting round rod after the third stage to inject silicone rubber in the space formed by removing the lower pad to produce a lower mold, a fifth stage removing the fixture by the lower mold after the fourth stage and laminating an upper pad to the space formed by removing the fixture on the master to insert the casting round rod in the upper pad, a sixth stage applying a backing material on the upper pad after the fifth stage to form an upper frame and a seventh stage removing the upper pad and the casting round rod after the sixth stage and injecting silicone rubber in the space formed by removing the upper pad to produce an upper mold.
