PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form an I-shaped joint having a turn-stopping part by using a cold-forging means. SOLUTION: A cup-form intermediate blank composed of a base part 91 formed in a disk-like shape, a cylindrical part 93 formed over the whole periphery of the outer ridge part of this disk-like base part 91 and extended in the axial direction and a bar-like thick part 92 formed so as to continue to this cylindrical part 93 as part of this cylindrical part 93 and be projected a little in the radial direction and in parallel to this axial direction is integrally formed with the cold-forging means. The cylindrical part 93 of the cup-shaped intermediate blank is cut off with a machine-working means while leaving the bar-like thick part 92.
