PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothes presser applying creasing treatment using a creasing liquid such as a Siroset liquid in a crease formation part such as a waist part without causing any damage deteriorating its commercial value in a suit of clothes such as a pair of trousers made of wool. SOLUTION: A clothes presser 1 is provided with a lower iron 6 and an upper iron 7 which can be moved close to the lower iron 6 so as to be matched with it. A non-pressed part 11 formed between the upper and lower irons 6, 7 when they are matched with each other is formed in the clothes presser 1, so that no steam or pressure is directly applied to a waist band part 25 in a pair of trousers 2 and the like placed on the lower iron 6.
