PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic trocar capable of securely detecting piercing a body wall. SOLUTION: In this ultrasonic trocar, a through hole 20 is formed in a probe 15 to be opened at a tip, a rod member 3 is inserted into the through hole 20, and when a tip of the probe 15 pierces a body wall, the rod member 3 is moved, so piercing the body wall by the tip of the probe 15 is detected.
