PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sit on a high back chair already in use in a normal posture suitable for each individual, to adapt easily even to a minute displacement due to an angle of reclining, and to facilitate attachment and removal. SOLUTION: An installing belt is set at a seat, and a cervical vertebra support and a lumber vertebra support are installed. In addition, correction-requiring parts due to the shape of a chair are compensated by inserting auxiliary cushions between the chair and the installing belt. A cushion and cover to assist a cervical vertebra and thoracic vertebra of a shape to assist the cervical vertebra are installed so that one can sit down and lie down on his back in a normal posture of a human body on a high-back chair. A cushion and cover of a shape to assist the lumber part of a vertebra are installed. The installing belt is provided so as to maintain the cushions and covers at fixed locations, to move them vertically, and to attach and detach them.
