PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella which has an illumination lamp (a bulb) on s handle part and a tip part of the umbrella to illuminate the foot part of a carrier of the umbrella, and is recognized by the bulb at the tip part in a distance to eliminate a danger in walking under umbrella on a dark night road in a rainy weather. SOLUTION: A battery 1 for illumination parts, a bulb 3, and an inside bulb 6 are built inside a handle 4 of an umbrella. The bulb 6 is also built inside a tip part 7. The handle 4 and the tip part 7 are formed of a transparent material.
