PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method to evaluate and decide the condition of metabolism of the subject. SOLUTION: This method comprises measuring method of percent of body fat and calculation of the percent of body fat and the lean body mass based on the individual data necessary for calculation of the percent of body fat and the lean body mass of the subject, measuring primary metabolic volume by calculating energy metabolism from the calculated lean body mass and secondary metabolic volume by calculating energy metabolism of the subject by respiratory metabolism measurement, and evaluating conditions of energy metabolism of the subject based on the results obtained by the primary metabolism measurement and the secondary metabolic measurement, body temperature, pulse rate or heat rate, and respiration rate of the subject. |
