PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate a rain shutter door by adding a new function to it. SOLUTION: In the rain shutter door 1, slats 2 are horizontally arranged to a door frame 14 formed of upper and lower rails 10, 11 and right and left stiles 12, 13 and a swing mechanism 3 is disposed in the right and left stiles 12, 13 and a dial 4 as a manipulating part is disposed in the opening 120 of the left stile 12. The slats 2, 2,... can be turned from the closed state to a specified adjusted angle or a fully opened state by manipulating the dial 4. Meanwhile, a sash sheave 5 is attached to the lower rail 11. In this rain shutter door 1, respective functions of not only crime prevention, rain protection, and storm protection but also airflow, ventilation and daylighting can be added to the rain shutter door 1.
