PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the opening force of a door at the initial stage of opening by simple operation, to improve workability, to eliminate the need for interlocking with the operation of an exclusive handle as seen in conventional devices, to simplify even installation and to automatically return the opening- force imparting mechanism itself of the door up to the state in which the closing of the door by a door check is not hindered in the case of door closing. SOLUTION: The door 1 rotatably attached to a door frame 2 and an opening-force imparting mechanism 10 imparting opening force in the opening direction of the door when the door 1 is opened are mounted. The opening-force imparting mechanism 10 has an arm 13 in which one end has a gear 14 and the other end has a kick-out section 15, a slider 16 having a rack 17 engaged with the gear 14 for the arm 13, and an elastic machine 19 urging the kick-out section 15 for the arm 13 so as to be projected in the door-opening direction through the slider 16, and a return means 30 returning the arm 13 rotated in the door-opening direction to an original posture under the state of door closing.
