PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating controller for a sanitary washing apparatus capable of quickly setting hot water temperature to a set temperature after the start of heating control, change in discharge or modification in set temperature. SOLUTION: After the start of heating control, or change in control of water volume controller, or a modification of set temperature of the temperature setting means, the predetermined time is made slightly longer than that required to obtain the quantity of heating required to reach the set temperature.
