PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fix an exterior wall panel surely to a steel-framed beam or the like by a fixing metal fitting. SOLUTION: The fixing metal fitting 1 is composed of a nut fitting 2 capable of being disposed to the exterior wall panel and an engaging fitting 3 capable of being engaged with the lip section of a mounting member fixed onto a steel-framed beam or the like, and connected integrally by a bolt B. The nut fitting 2 comprises a metal fitting body 21, to which a female screw 21a is formed, and an approximately U-shaped sectional spring material 22 fixed onto one surface of the metal fitting body 21, and a cylindrical projecting section 22a having an inside diameter larger than the inside diameter of the female screw 21a in conformity with the female screw 21a of the metal fitting body 21 is formed to the spring material 22. The engaging fitting 3 has a mounting member 31, in which one surface side is formed in a mounting surface 311 to the exterior wall panel, and a hooked section 32 projected in an acute angle shape to the reverse side to the mounting surface 311 of the mounting section 31 and bent in an approximately P-shaped cross section, a slot 31a is formed to the mounting section 31, and the height of an interior wall from the mounting surface 311 of the mounting section 31 in the hooked section 32 is set at a value smaller than the width of the lip section of the mounting member.
