PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a simplified outdoor toilet healthier by using a excretion disposal device instead of using a conventional toilet which is not hygienic because excretion is retained in a tank. SOLUTION: An excretion disposal device 2 is attached below a simplified outdoor toilet, and a solar panel 3 for photoelectric power generation is attached at the top. Also, a radio communicating device 4 is attached at the upper portion.
