PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bank frame of an erosion and torrent control dam being harmonizable with a surrounding natural environment, having durability and capable of promoting use of a thinning material. SOLUTION: A front column 3A and a rear column 3B use a wooden square bar. A front horizontal sash bar 4B, a rear horizontal sash bar 4C, a side horizontal sash bar 4A, a central horizontal sash bar 4E, a floor part horizontal sash bar 4D and a diagonal brace 5 use a round bar-shaped thinning material. Mothproof processing and corrosionproof processing are applied to the front column 3A, the rear column 3B, the front horizontal sash bar 4B, the rear horizontal sash bar 4C, the side horizontal sash bar 4A, the central horizontal sash bar 4E, the floor part horizontal sash bar 4D and the diagonal brace 5.
