PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the slippage to a PC floor system in asphalt construction and to prevent the peeling from the PC floor system or the peeling of asphalt of the upper layer in the passing of an asphalt finishing roller. SOLUTION: In this synthetic resin drainable pavement member comprising a bottom plate 3 on which a plurality of upper plates 11 extending in one direction and a strut 2 for supporting each upper plate 1 are formed, the reverse side 3a of the bottom plate 3 is sand blasted, irregularly worked, or grooved to enhance the adhesion with a PC floor system to be constructed in the lower layer. The surface 1a of the upper plate 1 is sand blasted, irregularly worked or grooved to enhance the adhesion with the asphalt to be laid thereon. Further, a hot melt adhesive is applied to the surface 1a of the upper plate 1 to firmly adhere the surface of the upper plate to the asphalt by the heat in the asphalt construction.
