PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject guide structure afforded with the link mechanism for the front and lateral guide members of a seedling guide for a rice transplanter using such members simple in structure and requiring no high accuracy. SOLUTION: This seedling guide structure has such a scheme that a seedling withdrawal port 50a is opened on the lower part of a seedling stand 16, a front guide 41 and a pair of left and right lateral guides 42, 42 are set up extendedly downward from the port 50a and these guide members are linked to one another with a U-shaped fixture 44, and a slit 41a is provided on the lower part of the front guide member and threadedly set with the fixture 44, the threadedly setting position along the vertical direction is afforded with such a degree of freedom as to correspond to the length of the slit 41a and made to a recessed shape, and the above guide 41 is engagedly set on the fixture 44 and fixed.
