PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder that can shorten a processing cycle time by reducing a time required to exchange tools. SOLUTION: Two grooves 4a and 4b are formed in parallel with each other on a tool holder 2 to fix different kind of tools 3a and 3b in the grooves 4a and 4b respectively with lockscrews 5. By constituting the tool holder 2 in such a way, since mounting the tool holder 2 on a turret 1 of a turret lathe can realize a process using the two kinds of tools 3a and 3b without, turning the turret 1, a time required to exchange the tools can be reduced to shorten a processing cycle time of the turret lathe.
