PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prevent the roll-over of a vehicle by using a roll-over preventing device for preventing the roll-over of a vehicle due to the rolling of a body. SOLUTION: This device comprises a detecting means for detecting the rolling angle of a body and an engine control means for inputting a signal from the detecting means and reducing the rotating speed of an engine then the rolling angle exceeds a preset value for a rolling angular velocity.
