PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt with protrusion, which is capable of proper winding around a small-diameter pulley even when the thickness of the belt in its lengthwise direction is increased to increase the strength of a protrusion at the back of the belt, and which is excellent in workability even in the case of a casting type thermosetting urethane belt. SOLUTION: This belt with protrusion is integrally provided at the back thereof, and is provided with a plate-shaped supporting part 4 vertically provided so that its plate surface may be directed in the lengthwise direction of the belt, and a protrusion member 6 formed so as to cover the plate-shaped supporting part 4. The protrusion member 6 is fixed on only the plate-shaped supporting part 4.
