PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting case for a power unit that makes head for an auxiliary device mounted nearly on the power unit to collide with bounded pebbles or to make contact with obstacles on road and that can have a deep bank angle thereon, and an arranging structure for the auxiliary device. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 1 is loaded with an internal combustion engine 30, a transmission 101 arranged on a left side of a car body center and a power unit 7 comprising a transmission case 102 as this power transmitting case containing the transmission 101. A power axis 109 of the transmission 101 is placed above a wheel axis 28 of a rear wheel 6. A main stand 29 and a starting motor 99 which are auxiliary devices of the motorcycle 1 are placed just under the transmission case 102 and above the lowest face of a crankcase of the internal combustion engine 30.
