PURPOSE: A method for coating fluorescent suspension liquid is provided to reduce defect rate and achieve an improved luminance. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of permitting the lower part of a pipe(100) to be dipped into a fluorescent suspension liquid(200) contained in a liquid reservoir(31); a second step of permitting the fluorescent suspension liquid to be raised along the pipe by applying a vacuum pressure into the pipe; a third step of maintaining for a predetermined time period, the state where the fluorescent suspension liquid has been raised to the upper portion of the pipe; and a fourth step of releasing the vacuum state by injecting gas into the pipe.
