PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the position of a steering wheel with an ideal track for a driver adding a telescopic adjustment to a tilt adjustment. SOLUTION: In a tilt-telescopic type steering device of a swing type, both of a tilt adjustment and a telescopic adjustment can be carried out simultaneously by tightening and releasing of one tilt lever 7.
