PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily put a sleeve part to a sleeve stand, to facilitate piping and the like used for a cuff presser, and to use a simple and inexpensive part. SOLUTION: In a shirt sleeve finishing device, a posture of a sleeve stand 41 is freely switched between an attaching posture for attaching/detaching a shirt sleeve part X and a fixing posture for fixing a cuff K by means of a cuff presser 72. The cuff presser 72 is constructed of a presser main body 74 mounted on the sleeve finishing device main body 1 side and a clamping means 73 separably held in the presser main body 74, and the clamping means 73 can be freely moved with the sleeve stand 41 while clamping the cuff K by elasticity.
