PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a portable combustion heat-heating device that, since heat for taking warmth is taken from heat generation of an electric heater wire connected to a power supply plug, the heater can not be used in the case of moving to take warmth in a wheelchair, or the like. SOLUTION: This heating device is formed from a heat source unit including a heat exchange means for heat-exchanging heat of a heat generating means to a heat carrier heating medium, a heat carrier heating medium forced- circulating means for transporting the heat carrier heating medium, a heat source unit part heat carrier heating medium passage to which the above circulating means is connected, and a radiating means which forms a heat carrier heating medium passage and is mounted on a chair to warm the human body. Thus, the heating device can be used for taking warmth while moving in a wheelchair, or the like, by using heat of a heat generating means without the use of electricity.
