PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide convenient shoes for heating which can be used at an arbitrary place without connection to a commercial power source. SOLUTION: A fuel gas and air are oxidized in a catalytic combustion and heating device 5 to generate heat. A flexible heating medium passage 10 is fomred in shoes 9 formed as a heating means 8. A heating medium 2 is stored in this heating medium passage 10, the heating medium 2 is heated by the heat generated by the catalytic combustion and heating device 5, and the heated heating medium 2 is circulated in the heating medium passage 10 by a circulating device 7 to heat the shoes 9.
