PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of pump operation by isolating a pump chamber from the opening part of a center duct by a diaphragm when volume of the pump chamber is increased and contents are absorbed in the pump chamber. SOLUTION: This pump is equipped with a diaphragm 50 having a center part in which a center duct 32 is inserted. When volume of a pump chamber 34 is increased and contents are absorbed in the pump chamber 34, the pump chamber is isolated from the opening part of the center duct by the diaphragm. At least one center duct 32 and a diaphragm center part 51 are equipped with an annular projected part. When the volume of the pump chamber 34 is increased, the other center part of the diaphragm and the center duct are brought into contact with each other by the annular projected part so as to retain prevention of leakage, and thus the pump chamber 34 is isolated from the opening part of the center duct.
