PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust timing valve device for a snow vehicle for improving maintenance for the device, cooling for an actuator, and responsiveness for opening/closing action for an exhaust timing valve by an operating cable. SOLUTION: In an exhaust timing valve device 32 having an engine 22; provided with plural cylinders 28 to be juxtaposed, an exhaust passage 29 for exhausting combustion gas in the cylinders 28 in a front direction, and a suction passage 31 for introducing mixed air into a crank case 30, and arranging the passages 29 and 31 in nearly parallel to the arranging direction of and nearby the cylinder 28; providing an exhaust timing valve 34 for adjusting exhaust timing for combustion gas in the cylinder 28 in the passage 29, and equipping an operation cable 36 linked to the valve 34, and a motor 37 for driving the cable 36; the motor 37 is arranged between the adjoining cylinders 28 nearby the upper part of the passages 29 or 31.
