METHOD FOR WEIGHING METALLIC MATERIAL IN INJECTING FORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always surely execute the transportation and the weighing of a metallic material under liquid phase state by adopting the sloping setting of a heating cylinder and the forcible retreat of a screw. SOLUTION: The screw 12 is shiftably provided in the rotating direction and the axial direction in the heating cylinder 11 having a nozzle 13 at the front end part and a supplying hole 14 at the rear part. The heating cylinder 11 is slopingly set downward so that the metallic material flows down to a front chamber under the liquid phase state with the dead weight. The screw 12 at the advancing position after injecting while keeping this sloping state, is forcibly retreated to the setting position and a prescribed amount of the liquid phase state material c temporarily stored in the periphery at the front part of the screw is sucked and stored in the front chamber 11a of the heating cylinder 11 with the negative pressure. The screw 12 at the retreating position is rotated after stopping and the liquid phase material c in the front chamber 11a is weighed to a fixed amount at every times.
