PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate not only physically but also spiritually hard work of bagging tea leaves and binding bags, which is greatly heavy labor to be carried out by manual operation from midnight to early morning and in which 100 to 200 Taikais (tea bags) are handled in a short time, whereby workers may sometimes make erroneous handling or forget to stick a seal on the tea bag in this very busy time zone. SOLUTION: This system includes a binding means adapted to bind a Taikai (tea bag) by turning and upsetting it while moving the Taikai filled with tea leaves, and a printing means adapted to print predetermined items on the Taikai after binding.
