PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for improving a harness route and a harness take-out port position and for improving the outer appearance of a harness cord arrangement using a hatch gate lower garnish. SOLUTION: A seal 12 is arranged in a body opening edge part in a position abutting on a rear hatch gate glass 9. A hatch gate lower garnish 1 is arranged across the whole width in the outside bottom end of a rear hatch gate glass 9. A harness protector 17 is arranged inside the rear hatch gate glass 9 outward than the seal 12. In this position, the background of the harness protector 17 is a body panel face so that, though the rear hatch gate glass 9 is transparent, the harness protector 17 is not conspicuous so as not to spoil the external appearance. The harness 6 extends to the inside of the hatch gate lower garnish 1 via the harness protector 17 so as not to spoil the external appearance.
