PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal holder which makes red seal ink stuck on the face of the seal uniformly with the contact in parallel of a red-seal-ink-impregnated body with the face and thus enables attainment of a print of uniform density at the time of sealing. SOLUTION: An upper case 1 is so fitted to a lower case 2 as to be slidable vertically and also the upper case 1 is urged backward by a spring 7 in relation to the lower case 2. An inner tube 3 fitted with a seal 13 immovably is so fitted to the lower case 2 as to be slidable vertically, while a rotator 4 provided with a red seal ink tray 5 holding a red-seal-ink-impregnated body 6 is so provided as to be driven by the lowering of the upper case 1 in relation to the lower case 2. The rotator 4 lowers in gearing with the upper case in a state wherein the inner tube 3 is fixed at an appropriate time interval in the initial stage of lowering of the upper case 1. the rotator 4 rotates with further lowering of the upper case 1 and makes the red seal ink tray 5 project outside from notch parts provided in the lateral sides of the lower case 2 and the upper case 1. The face 37 of the seal 13 is exposed in the lower end opening of the lower case 2 by the lowering of the upper case 1 and the inner tube 3 and thereby sealing can be executed.
