PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plywood which shows high anti-caster properties and can be easily manufactured at a low cost as well as a method for manufacturing the decorative plywood. SOLUTION: The decorative plywood 1 is structured of a base board 2 whose part near a surface 2A is consolidated and a decorative veneer 3 stuck to the surface 2A. In addition, the part near the consolidated surface 2A of the base board 2 contains a cured resin 5.
