摘要 PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a stator and eliminate effects between magnetic levitation force and rotating torque by mounting the stator having a bearing winding of specific number of poles developing bearing force in an orthogonal direction to a rotational-axis direction, and controlling the energization of the bearing winding so as to hold the rotor rotating shaft at a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION: A stator 20 is provided with a winding 26 for rotation which develops rotating torque, and a winding 27 for bearing which develops bearing force in the rotating shaft direction of a rotor 10. Both of the winding 26 for rotation and the winding 27 for bearing consist of six triangular windings, which are formed into the identical shape and size, are overlaid vertically on each other, and disposed on a stator core. The rotor 10 is provided with a disc-shaped back yoke 11 and a rotor magnet 12 fixed to the one surface thereof. The rotor magnet 12 polarizes eight poles circumferentially, and the rotor 10 and the stator 20 are supported by a thrust bearing means as appropriate so as to be formed into a flat opposed motor. Levitation force control generates controlling force in the all-round direction on its circumference with a phase difference irrespective of the rotational angle of the rotor without interfering with torque control.
