摘要 <p>The industrial fabrication of cheese tarts comprises beating of curd, egg yolk and salt with compatible ingredients, for 20-45 minutes cooking at up to 200 degrees C. Thus fresh cheese of 1 per cent fat content, maize modified starch and cheese aroma can be used in the formulation. Alternatively margarine, maize starch, powdered milk, liquid milk and lemon flavouring can be employed.</p>
