A laser machining head device characterized by allowing a laser beam (LB) protecting pipe to double as a rotary shaft, wherein a nozzle supporting rod (11) is formed into a pipe shape, through which a laser beam (LB) is passable, vertically movably supported in a frame of a laser machining machine and provided rotatably about an axis.
