PURPOSE:To reduce a cost of an air bag device by decreasing a fitting height (cone depth) of the air bag device, and also reducing the number of part items. CONSTITUTION:An inflator 2 is inserted into a bag 3 and fixed to a housing main body 21 of an ECU 4 in such a state as interposing an opening end of the bag 3 between it, and the housing main body 21. A pad 6 for housing the bag 3, the inflator 2, and the ECU 4 is attached to the housing main body 21 through engagement of claws 21b provided on the housing main body 21 of the ECU 4 with engagement holes 6a provided on a side face of the pad 6. |
