PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station device wherein a quick fault finding as well as repair is ensured by narrowing down possible faulty parts, without disconnecting a circuit upon occurrence of a fault on a busy line. SOLUTION: When an abnormality in sound quality occurs in a busy mode and a test is carried out by means of a terminal 5 in this system, a circuit used by an ID terminal 5 is retrieved by means of a monitoring console 44 and a monitoring request is given to a radio device 2 which is included in radio base station 1 where the circuit used by the terminal 5 is connected from the console 44 for a speech channel. A speech channel selection part 23a selects a speech channel which is under the control of a control part 22 and based on the monitoring request. Then a codec part 23b converts the selected speech channel into analog voices and sends them to a voice monitoring device 43 of a monitoring center 4. Testing personal checks by means of the device 43 whether an upward or downward circuit has the abnormality in sound quality. |
