PURPOSE: To obtain a reflection device for selectively and effectively utilizing radiation energy and a radiation system using the device. CONSTITUTION: The reflection devices 110 and 120 used for this radiation system 100 are composed of diffusion reflective surfaces which reflect >= 50% of radiations of 240 to 280 nm. Further, the radiation system 100 comprises at least one radiation supply source and at least one reflection device at least partially enclosing at least one radiation supply source. The at least one reflection device is the diffusion reflection device.
