PURPOSE: A thermal transfer paper for a label is provided. A fiber layer of thread strips implanted into a thermosetting material layer is dyed by sublimation-type transfer to have various colors and patterns and express a colorful sense of color, so that a high quality label with decoration effect and solidity can be made. CONSTITUTION: The label comprises the followings: (i) a thermo adhesive layer(11) coated on an exfoliation paper(10) in a special form; (ii) a thermosetting material layer(12) that is coated on the thermo adhesive layer(11) corresponding to the adhesive layer(11) and cures; and (iii) a fiber layer(13) that is composed of many thread strips implanted into the thermosetting layer(12) and is dyed by sublimation-type thermal transfer, above which an exfoliation paper(10a) is attached.
