PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical output device for medical use capable of preventing unexpected malfunctioning by disabling the operation of an output circuit even if a power switch means is turned on while switch means are on. SOLUTION: When a power switch 13 is turned on while operating switches 16, 18a, 18b, 19a, 19b are on, a CPU 41 actuates and lights an alarm indicating part 14 and outputs an off signal to a transistor TR3. The transistor TR3 is turned off and a transistor TR2 is also turned off. Then, because power from a battery 31 is not supplied, the CPU 41 is stopped to stop the electric circuit of a high frequency generator 11. |
