PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide magnetic field measurement equipment that detects weak magnetic field by eliminating interference magnetic field. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with plural number of SQUID fluxmeters 11, 12 arrayed in two-dimension that detect the magnetic field component in one direction of the biological magnetic field generated by biological body 1, a cryostat 2 that maintains SQUID fluxmeter at a low temperature, and means 4, 5 for arranging coils around the cryostat, setting one or more of the SQUID fluxmeters as reference SQUID fluxmeters 11 and controlling the current of coil 3 based on the output of the reference SQUID fluxmeter so that output of the reference SQUID fluxmeter may be nearly zero. By the present invention interference magnetic field is precisely and stably eliminated. |
